RedHAT and SuSE

To get RedHAT or SuSE updates, you need to have a service agreement or contract

with RedHAT or SuSE. You need to have your operating system registered with

RedHAT or SuSE. Then, they can login to the RedHAT/Suse website and download

the specific update they need.

For SuSE, go to http://www.novell.com/linux/

to get SuSE 9 updates.

Switches

Customers that have a switch *SHOULD* have an account with the switch vendor

where they can download the latest firmware releases. Yes, we should assume they

have the firmware release.
